Facilitating the development of skills and creative acumen among my chefs and sous chefs, without the necessity of costly training programs or the recruitment of highly seasoned professionals.

What specific and measurable improvements have you achieved thanks to Scoolinary?
I have observed an increase in the quality of plating presentations produced by my staff. The platform has helped drive the desire of the staff to learn more about culinary arts and methods. We recently created a new a la carte lunch menu in which my staff and I practiced some of the plating techniques learned in Scoolinary.
Could you share a notable achievement or highlight in your career that was influenced by Scoolinary?
Since incorporating the resources provided by Schoolinary, the team at IR Eats has been selected to coordinate and host a significant ministry benefit dinner. This request has previously been directed to other venues, with a preference for off-campus locations. However, following several disappointing experiences, our CFO has recently conveyed confidence in our ability to curate a refined four-course dinner for the event’s attendees. It is a privilege to have earned this trust, and we intend to draw inspiration for menu selections and presentation styles primarily from Schoolinary in our creative process.
