The plate is a very traditional and old Iranian dessert called “Shir Berenj” made with milk, rice, sugar, and rosewater.
Garnishes : milk chocolate, edible nuts, edible flowers, and beetroot chips.

It’s so lovely to see how you made the most of your prize to create something so special. That Shir Berenj looks incredibly delicate, and the pairing with beet chips and edible flowers gives it such a unique touch,definitely not something you see every day. The presentation invites you to slow down and enjoy it, like a dessert meant to be savored with your eyes first.
