Apricot, Confit Garlic, and Vinegar Spiral. Came out heavenly. The blend of vinegar and the sweetness of the apricot are so delicious. Yummy. Husband was very happy with the outcome.

That sweet touch of apricot with the confit garlic and vinegar sounds like a party in your mouth!

I’m curious, does the garlic stand out a lot, or does it mellow and caramelize with the jam? Also, the texture of the bread looks amazing, with that swirl tucked in there like a hidden treasure.

That sounds like a flavor explosion! 🍑🧄 The combination of apricot, confit garlic, and vinegar is so intriguing—sweet, savory, and tangy all at once. I can just imagine how the vinegar and apricot balance each other perfectly, while the confit garlic adds such depth to the dish. It must’ve been a hit with your husband! So glad it turned out… Read more

Sweet Milk and Sesame Seed bread. 1st time. Next time I am going to add minced garlic to the butter. I had 2 extra pieces and decided to put them into cupcake cups to cook. Came out really good. Nice hallow sound when I tap it.

That bread looks amazing, and the rolls have such an even golden color! 🤩 How’s the texture inside, did it turn out fluffy?

Baking it in a mold was a great choice; it helps the pieces hold their shape beautifully. The garlic in the butter sounds like a fantastic idea for the next version,it’ll add an extra layer of flavor.

Poppy seed plait. My first time making this bread and I must say I am so proud of myself. My husband broke off a piece, placed some butter on it and took a bite, his reaction…delicious.

That braid looks amazing! It looks super fluffy, and that golden crust takes it to the next level. Butter is always a great choice, but now I’m curious… did it taste better with butter, or do you think a bit of jam would do it justice too? This calls for coffee and a long chat! Thanks for sharing it with the community. 😊

I tried the doughnuts again. This time I use only all purpose flour and they came out great. Nice and light. I filled them with my own recipe for vanilla cream using instant pudding, heavy cream and milk.

Those doughnuts look amazing ,so light and fluffy! 🤩

The idea of filling them with vanilla cream made from instant pudding, heavy cream, and milk sounds super practical and delicious. How did you manage to balance the texture of the filling? Did you have to adjust the amount of milk or cream to get it just right?

Made Walnut, cranberry and rosemary bread. While the color isn’t as dark as I would have liked, when I tap it you hear that hollow sound.

That bread looks amazing, Ángela! I love the combination of walnuts, cranberries, and rosemary—it must smell incredible. Even though you mentioned the color didn’t turn out as dark as you wanted, how’s the texture inside? Did you get that perfect balance of a crispy crust and a soft, fluffy interior? Plus, that hollow sound when you tap it is a… Read more
