Hi @adiam-tadese Super welcome! They look wonderful. Did you enjoy the result when trying them? In Argentina, there’s a city called ‘San Pedro,’ famous for making these ensaimadas. They stuff them with dulce de leche and ‘crema pastelera’ (a vanilla cream).
