How did you manage to keep the rice perfectly cooked without overdoing it with all the liquid and emulsification involved?

@Sussan Estela Olaya Thank you so much for your kind words! The key to perfectly cooked rice in risotto is controlling the amount of liquid and stirring constantly. I used the technique of gradually adding the broth. This way, the rice stays al dente while the starch is naturally released, giving the risotto a creamy texture without overcooking.

To achieve the perfect consistency, I didn’t follow a strict liquid ratio from the start but added the broth gradually, observing how the rice absorbed the moisture. Every risotto requires some adjustment – sometimes the rice absorbs faster, sometimes slower, so it’s important to keep stirring and sense the right moment when it’s creamy enough while the grains still hold their structure.
