Impressive work for your first cheesecakes! The presentation is elegant, and the details, like the strawberry and pistachio decorations, give it a unique touch. It’s admirable that you’re already looking to perfect your skills with new techniques like ‘Air Cheesecake.

Keep it up; you’re on a great path!

Do you have any advice for Yusuf, @sussan_scoolinaryteam to accomplish a great result from the beginning?
Any Scoolinar went the same path and want to tell about their experiences?

            Of course!

Here are some recommendations that Yusuf might want to consider when preparing a cheesecake:

Quality Ingredients: Use high-quality cream cheese at room temperature. This will ensure a smooth and creamy texture.

Don’t Overmix: Mix the ingredients until just combined, but avoid overbeating, as this can incorporate air into the mixture, which may cause cracks during baking.

Low-Temperature Baking: Baking at a low and steady temperature is key to avoiding cracks. Consider using a water bath for more even cooking.

Don’t Open the Oven: Avoid opening the oven during baking to prevent sudden temperature changes.

Gradual Cooling: Let the cheesecake cool in the turned-off oven with the door slightly open for an hour, then refrigerate it for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Careful Unmolding: Run a hot knife around the edge of the pan before unmolding to avoid breaking the cheesecake.

Following these steps will give you a smooth, creamy, and crack-free cheesecake. Enjoy the process!

            Best regards.
