Thank you very much.i am a self taught patissier and baker.Mostly I’m in fond with viennoiserie.Im so excited with puff pastry.And from this year I’m gonna study in a private college.But where ever I see such classes I always follow them because I like to learn new things on bakery.I study a lot,I practice also a lot,me and my wife have a pastry and microbakey workshop so I exhibit my work.Oggis a pastry and microbakery workshop.Ans I always try for the best.and those croissants are made with lot’s of live and passion.
