These days are all about apples, thanks to our wonderfully productive apple tree 🍏🌳.

Yesterday, we embarked on a new adventure: making apple cider vinegar for the first time! The jar full of apple puree and peels doesn’t look the most appealing right now, but it’s all part of the process.

It’ll sit in sugary water for two weeks before we filter it and let it ferment a bit longer to turn into vinegar. In the meantime, we’ve been busy in the kitchen!

We’ve stocked up on apple puree, cooked apples, apple juice, and I even whipped up some delicious apple muffins for my family’s enjoyment 🍎🍰.

Can’t wait to see how the vinegar turns out!

        Hi @orsolya-csernak
Growing and cultivating your own fruits and vegetables is an indescribable satisfaction and joy.
I love the idea of using every part of a single fruit and making the most of it.
Your muffins look delicious, and we hope you can share the results of your apple vinegar and cider later on.

        Best regards.
