Hello!
Here is the cake I made for scoolinary’s anniversary!
I have taken Bachour’s classes and I am VERY thankful to Scoolinary for the opportunity of learning from amazing Chefs, the support and help!! Amazing support!
Antonio Bachour is my favorite chef and an inspiration, his classes and books have enriched my pastry experience, very grateful!
The entremet consists of a pistachio financier, raspberry confit, pistachio namelaka, rose whipped ganache. Truly delicious!
The glaze is from Bachour s class its my first ever glaze the texture was very good! And taste!
The whole entremet stands on a crumble.
I intended to add some chocolate decoration to mention a happy anniversary but I failed after so many trials! I need more tempering practice

This is a great try to complete our Challenge!This cake looks stunning, so festive and cheerful! By the way, in the last photo, it looks like the cake is smiling at me!
You can really see the influence of Antonio Bachour in your work. Even though the chocolate decoration didn’t work out this time, your dedication and perseverance are commendable. Practice makes perfect, and I’m sure you’ll master tempering in no time. Thank you so much for joining our Challenge and wish you the best of lucks!
