Burrata with homemade pesto, virgin olive oil and basil leaves. All ingredients except the Burrata are local (from Cyprus), the basil leaves from the garden.

Hi Christos
This burrata looks delicious and has been served in a simple yet elegant way. The burrata appears fresh with a soft and creamy texture, which is typical of a good burrata cheese. I love that the pesto is homemade; it gives your dish an incredible flavor, and when added in small amounts, it complements the burrata’s taste without overpowering it.
The extra virgin olive oil adds a fruity touch and an appetizing shine to the dish. Its quality is essential for providing that final flavor without overwhelming the ingredients. The fresh basil leaves not only serve as decoration but also add an aromatic and herbal flavor that perfectly complements the creaminess of the burrata.
I love burrata because it’s ideal to enjoy as an appetizer or side dish, allowing the fresh and natural flavors to speak for themselves.
Thank you for sharing this with the community.
Best regards.
