    As my colleague Sussan says, you can download each Recipe Book of each Course (you can’t download a single recipe if that’s what you are asking). Please let us know if you are having any problem to download a specific Recipe Book.

    ¿Cómo estás?

    Te confieso que en otra vida (allá por los 2000s) hice un curso para ser Sushiwoman y eso es lo único que sé de gastronomía 🤣

    Por lo que recuerdo, y aplica a todo lo que hacen los japoneses, son muy rigurosos. Si pasáramos el roll por el sésamo, éste perdería la crocancia porque algo de lo húmedo del arroz bien podría ir permeándose sobre el remanente y no podrías conservarlo para otro día, por ejemplo.

    Creo que esa sería la principal razón por la que se “espolvorea” el sésamo sobre el roll y no al revés.

    El arroz negro también se hace con la tinta del calamar. ¡Aún no probé esta receta pero me tienta un montón!:
