@Sussan ScoolinaryTeam the Beet Dip was for a catering as was the small charcuterie board. The board with the grilled shrimp was for a presentation at a networking group. The board with the pulled pork sliders and shrimp cocktails was entered in the United Way Toast to Equity Charcuterie Contest and it took first place. The large charcuterie board with the two Tomahawk steaks was for a cousin’s celebration of life.

Welcome, Chef Chris. These boards take my breath away! They are truly inviting and appealing. No wonder you won this contest. The last picture makes me think of a painting. 🎨

Just to get to know your work better: do you decide which ingredients you will use and then place them, or is it the other way around? There’s such devotion to the plating; I guess you have some kind of ritual.

@Sol Damiani I place the main ingredients and then just see where the fill-in ingredients lead me. No real definite plan!😀
