This tomato tartare looks amazing! The presentation is so attractive, and the colors really catch the eye. You can tell a lot of care went into the details, it’s definitely a beautiful dish that makes you want to try it.

120 egg White
20 ml sunflower oil
0.2 g Salt
6 g Vera peppermix everything until smooth.
Poor in the mould, bake about 8-10 minutes. (depends on the mould)
I used halve of the recipe above.
