Q:I have a question regarding ingredients if I need to use less amount of ingredients can I divide the the ingredients in less amount or should be the exact amount as mentioned in the recipes books?because most of the recipes has larger amount of ingredients but we need to try first with the small amount for test and practice

Absolument , c’est exactement ce que j’ai fait pour mon première essai , j’ai divisé les quantités de la recette par deux et j’en ai eu pour 3 généreuses pizzas de 250 g chaque

          Hi Syed.

Yes, it is possible to reduce the quantities of ingredients to make a smaller version of the recipe. Just keep in mind that some ingredients, like yeast or gelling agents, may require additional adjustments. It’s advisable to start by reducing the recipe to half or a third, maintaining the correct proportions and keeping notes on the results for future improvements.

Additionally, in warmer climates, fermentation or cooking times may vary from the original recipe, so it’s a matter of experimenting and taking notes of any potential changes.

          Best regards.
