    My Dear Scoolinary Community, here is my vegan plate for the 3rd challenge.
    Spinach puree soufflé with creamy French potato and roasted mushroom (grown in our basement 🙂 ) and green asparagus with home-made tomato sauce and garden-fresh salad with lemon vinaigrette 🙂
