      Pulpo with a vinaigrette and yellow Romesco Sauce.

      Who would have guessed it was so difficult to get a black plate. Only plate I could find was a small rectangular slate plate.

      Seeing as I am in Spain at the moment, it was fitting to grill some Pulpo on the BBQ. Got some yellow peppers and tomatoes ( to stand out more against the black plate more than red) from the Sunday market and charred them on the open fire and made a home made Romesco sauce with almonds, pine nut, sherry vinegar.

      Pimientos Lagrima, grilled lemon, olives, paprika and microgreens (broccoli sprouts) used for plating.
