    Perdona, es que el curso de Kike Martí, decía que se llamaba marcar, marca.

    Es el sofrito, las bases sofritas. Un ejemplo, la base que hace para paella con sépia, cebolla picada, melsa de la sépìa, tomate frito. Cómo puedo conservarlo envasado o congelarlo?
