Last night’s Valentines dinner. Stuffed pork chops with a carmelized onion gravy and snap peas tossed with a maple bourbon balsamic vinegar. Plus our favorite California red!

What a delightful Valentine’s Day dinner! The combination of stuffed pork chops with caramelized onions and that touch of maple-bourbon balsamic sounds incredibly comforting ,the perfect way to end the day on a high note.
Plus, pairing it with your favorite California red must have given it just the right balance. Did the sweet and smoky mix in the peas stand out nicely, or did it stay more in the background of the dish? That combo sounds so promising.
