Well our stove stopped working last night. New one arriving on Friday so it’s going to be a week of creative cooking. Tonight I thought I’d do a stir fry on the grill but torrential thunderstorms rolled thought so behold I give you beef and snow pea “stir fry” from my air fryer. Thankfully I had cooked coconut rice in the freezer.

What an impressive display of creativity in the kitchen! Despite the challenges with the storm and the lack of a stove, you managed to create a delicious dish using the air fryer. The combination of the meat with snow peas and the touch of coconut rice shows great versatility. Those vibrant colors make it look even more appetizing!
