Presenting this Kalabasa (Squash) and Kamoteng Kahoy (Tapioca) Delight in tribute to our family’s love for hearty, traditional flavors. This rich and velvety soup, made with roasted butternut squash, is perfectly balanced with a hint of sweetness and topped with crispy kamoteng kahoy (tapioca) for an added crunch.

@Sol Damiani i just discovered using tapioca for this particular recipe when there was no available sweet potato in my kitchen and it turned out to be better. tapioca achieved my desired crunchiness for the toppings and the consitency of the puree ☺️
