It is a milk bread recipe! By working well on the kneading, the shapes can be adapted to each need, although the result is the same flavor, the textures are not the same in the end, I have also prepared it filled with cheese and it still turns out great. Thanks for your support!

It is soft, that’s why one loaf only last a couple of hours at home 😅. The best thing is that we don’t suffer from heartburn now with homemade bread.
