That lamination with the colorful lines is mesmerizing,like the puff pastry is pulling off a magic trick. And then you cut one open and boom ….. brownie and strawberry cream! That’s no longer just a croissant; that’s a straight-up happiness bomb.
How did you handle the hydration of the puff pastry with such a moist filling like brownie? Getting it to stay so well-defined and crispy is no small feat! 🙌🏻
