That beautifully open score and golden crust show great fermentation and baking skills.
What method did you use to create that pattern on the crust? Was it flour dusted over the banneton, or did you have another trick up your sleeve? That contrast between the rustic surface and the defined design gives the bread a really unique touch.
Pairing this with some aged cheese or homemade butter must be an absolute treat. Fantastic work with the dough! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
