Hey chef! I’m a big pizza fan. How can you tone down the acidity in the sauce? Is there a trick for that? Thanks!

Do you think there should be schools for diners just as there are Gastronomy professional schools? 🧐
Are there “good” or “bad” eaters?
Or each one of us should live the culinary experience as we can?Emily Chac and Paul Miller-

We definitely should be more receptive. A lot of us hang on to our preconceived ideas and can´t take what is supposed to be a disruptive one.
