Nickson: could you try again now? IT Team thinks it was a connection problem you had.
We tested it from multiple user accounts, including theirs, and everything seems to be working fine. It was most likely a temporary connection issue. Please also tell us if it happened with any other lesson.

@Nickson Hartanto Try installing another browser and see if the video works. If it works on another then something (an extension) is blocking the video.

@nicksenhartantoogmail-com Hi Nickson. We had the same problem with another user from Indonesia a couple of months ago. Aparently something blocks our videos. I checked again with our IT Team to see what else we can do. I will get back at you soon. Have a lovely day

Hi Nickson. I hope you are doing fine ☺
Did you get my email?
In some regions, certain internet providers block videos hosted on Vimeo. Unfortunately, this is an external restriction that we cannot control. To check this, please try accessing this video 👉 https://player.vimeo.com/video/1024404408
If you’re able to view it, that confirms the issue is related to your local network.
We recommend trying the following:
Open the video in an incognito/private window
Use a VPN connection
If the problem continues, we’re here to help 👩🍳
