Water for gluing
Posted by RSB Rwanda on April 23, 2024 at 17:46I see that you do not use water to wet the area that inches together, is that not necessary?

Hi @suhaa-butt
In some cases or recipes it is not necessary to add water to close the dim sum.
If the dough is a little dry, you can add just a little water to the edge before closing the dim sum. If the dough is moist enough it is not necessary to add water to the edge of the dough.
Greetings.
