    Hi zhengyi xing

Welcome to the Scoolinary community, and thank you for your question.

In France, you might find molds similar to those used by Chef Garuharu by searching in stores specialized in professional pastry equipment or online shops dedicated to baking tools. While you may not find the exact same molds since they are custom-made for the chef, you can look for similar ones with close dimensions and adapt them.

Here are some options to explore:

De Buyer: A French brand that offers high-quality molds. While they may not be identical, they have professional molds that could suit your needs.

Matfer Bourgeat: Another well-known brand in France for pastry tools. They might have rectangular or adjustable molds that come close to the desired dimensions.

Etsy or local artisans: Sometimes, custom molds can be found on platforms like Etsy, where artisans can create molds to order.

Online stores like Meilleur du Chef or Cuisine Addict: These offer baking products and may have rectangular molds with similar features.

Custom fabrication: If you can’t find the exact molds, you could have them custom-made at a local metal shop, especially if they are metallic molds.

I hope this information is helpful.

    Best regards.
