    Sorghum flour is a fairly popular ingredient in many types of dishes. It has also become especially popular with more people who want to start baking gluten-free.

    Given its versatility, it’s hard to think of anything that sorghum flour can’t do. But there are times when you need something more. So what is the best substitute for sorghum flour?

    Here is a list of sorghum flour substitutes:

    -oatmeal

    -tapioca flour

    -almond flour

    -coconut flour

    -rice flour

    -quinoa flour

    -arrowroot flour

    -Potato flour and potato starch.

    You can make a small amount of your recipe to know if the substitute you are using gives you the result you are looking for.

    You can also try using a mixture of 2 or 3 types of gluten-free flour.

        I made the gluten-free country break. It’s delicious. Everyone liked it even asked to make some for them.
