Can you please give me the dimensions of the sheet pan that chef Bachour uses in the recipe of the Almond Cake of the Shortcake? I do not have a professional oven. Many thanks. Steve

The baking tray that the chef uses measures approximately 35×45 centimeters.

Dear Susan Chef Bachour speaks of a sheet pan and i found dimensions on the internet of professional sheet pan being 46x66cm. Is that a possibility?? It is just so i can adjust the ingredients accordingly for my much smaller oven. Thanks. Steve

Normally the measurements of the trays that the chef uses are the measurements that I mentioned previously.
It also depends a lot on the size of the oven. But basically that is the size of 35×45 centimeters. Remember that the sizes of trays are infinite, it depends a lot on the brand of utensil or brand of oven. But you can start with the measurement we mentioned above. If your oven cavity is smaller, you can prepare half the recipe and use a tray measuring approximately 18×22 centimeters.
