Hi, the chef offers to use fresh uncooked flowers to just throw in a jar and pour hot jelly, with further water bath canning. Is this kind of recipe for preserved up to 1 year? Won’t fresh flowers mold? Also HM pectin after heating wont it get wayery? Thanks.

    Hi Sophia
If the correct preparation and storage steps are followed, the preparation can last a long time. HN pectin can be cooked up to 60°C/70°C without losing its properties.

    Greetings.
