    Hi Plamena Petrova

At the moment, the question search tool is no longer enabled due to platform configuration considerations (we prefer users to directly ask the question they need in one less step). However, we greatly appreciate your suggestion, as it is very valuable for our ongoing improvements.

    Best regards.

too bad there is no search option for the questions.
I am looking for recipes of sauces that are suitble for grilled or baked beef and salmon. Can you direct me to a spesific course or recipe for that?

    thanks!

      Hi Betty

We have two sections you may find interesting for future searches (and THIS is a great place to share a question like this, too, of course)
Please check our “Recipes” section. There’s an specific section of sauces: Sauces Techniques

The other section is “Techniques“: here you can look up from basic to advanced culinary techniques.

Let’s bring @sussan_scoolinaryteam to this thread to see what she can suggest.

As mentioned in this thread, the “search option” is currently unavailable. We observed that it wasn’t frequently used by our users, and we wanted to streamline the process of asking questions by minimizing unnecessary steps.

We are currently exploring the possibility of offering both options to users.

      Have a lovely day!

      Hi Betty T

On the platform, we have this course on sauces that you can check out:

      Classic Sauces

      https://www.scoolinary.com/courses/classic-sauces

For salmon, you can use a Hollandaise or Velouté sauce (Chapter 3).

For beef, you can use a Demi-Glace or Chimichurri sauce (Chapter 6).

Additionally, in Chapter 2 of this course, you’ll find the definition and applications of sauces.

I hope this information is helpful.

      Best regards.
