  • Request for a course on fresh tomatoes and traditional canning

Posted by Mounir MELAOUI on October 14, 2024 at 15:46

    Hello,

I would like to take a comprehensive course dedicated to tomatoes, specifically focusing on how to prepare and preserve fresh tomatoes using traditional methods. I am particularly interested in learning how to can fresh tomatoes, whether peeled or grated, and understanding all the necessary steps for successful preservation.

Thank you in advance for your response and for organizing this course.

    Best regards,

    Hi Mounir.

At the moment, we don’t have a specific course on preserving fresh tomatoes, but we appreciate your suggestion, and I will share it with the team in charge of courses. I’m not sure if you’ve already seen the course on preserves, so I’m attaching the link in case you’d like to check it out.
