Question about theoretic context of the classes

I would like to ask if it is possible to have the text with the theoretic part of the lessons, for example in pectinases course there are so many excellent informations but we only get the recipe part written. Is there a possibility to have the scripted part of the lesson somehow?

  Yes cause it has so many info that can be shared in written form but for other courses that has a more in depth theory of ingredients! Thank you Sol!! 🙂
