how can we reuse the peach that we trim in the end before plating the dessert?

Hi Filippo.
As the chef mentions in the course, “if you don’t want any waste, you can serve it without trimming the edges.”
In any case, if you end up with leftovers, I usually chop them up and use them as filling in homemade bread. I also like to add some to yogurt or make a parfait with these dessert leftovers.
