potato paper recipe
Posted by Constance Yinaryiros on June 14, 2024 at 20:18About the potato fruit paper, on the video the instructions are 1 kg of potato dough with 150 gr fruit juice but in the recipe book the instructions are 300 gr potato with 250 gr of juice . Which is it ? thank you

The content team informs me that they asked the chef and her response was as follows: “The written recipe is correct, the exact quantities will vary each time depending on the individual properties of the fruit juice used. Therefore, it cannot be give an exact recipe.”
The content team has added a note to the cookbook with this information.Greetings.
