Yes, you can substitute cassava starch (or tapioca starch) with cornstarch in this recipe. However, keep in mind that cassava starch usually gives a slightly more elastic and creamy texture than cornstarch. Cornstarch will tend to create a slightly firmer and less elastic consistency, but it should work well in most cases.
For the proportion, you can use the same amount indicated in the recipe,10 g of cornstarch instead of 10 g of cassava starch.
