Hello! I have been emailing support team for a little while regarding my name on the certificate , usually they don’t take time to reply, is there any other department I should seek help from?

You should be able to download your Certificates with your correct name on them by now.
I just made a few adjustments.

Please tell me if you can see them correctly, too.
