Missing ingredient for Cronuts

In the pdf file of Donuts and Cronuts by Elena Adell, is not mentioned the amount of butter you use in order to make the folds for the cronut dough.
It is only written the amount you need in order to prepare the dough (45gr).
In the video, Elena says 80gr but i dont know if the amount is the same for the recipe.

I have downloaded the english version for cronuts again but the information you gave me(180gr butter for the folds), is still not included as you said it would be.
Just to know in order to be corrected for the ppl who will download the pdf.
