    Hi Queens.

The shelf life of Mexican tacos mainly depends on the ingredients used and how they are stored. Here’s a general guide for the recipes:

-Tacos dorados: If fried, it’s best to eat them the same day to avoid them getting soggy. Ingredients like meat or potatoes in the filling can last 3 to 4 days in the fridge.

    – Tacos al pastor: Cooked al pastor meat can be stored in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Frozen, it can last up to 2 months.

    – Tacos de nopal asados: Grilled nopales can last up to 3 days in the fridge.

    – Tacos de camarón: Cooked shrimp should be consumed within 2 days if stored in the fridge.

    – Tacos de mixiotes: The cooked meat in mixiotes lasts 3 to 4 days in the fridge and up to 2 months if frozen.

    – Tacos de carnitas: Carnitas can be kept in the fridge for 3 to 4 days and up to 3 months if frozen.

    – Tacos placeros: This depends on the ingredients used, but stews can last 3 to 4 days in the fridge.

    – Tacos de cochinita pibil: Cooked cochinita lasts 3 to 4 days in the fridge and up to 3 months when frozen.

    – Tacos de guisado: Stews, in general, last 3 to 4 days in the fridge and can be frozen for up to 2 months.

It’s important to store them in airtight containers and refrigerate them as soon as possible.
