    Hello. I received an email a couple of hours ago saying my membership will renew in 1 week.

    The email came from Mila from Scoolinary.

    This is a friendly reminder that your Membership expires in 1 week and will renew automatically.’

    I paid for a one year subscription when you had your 4 year anniversary celebration.

    Could someone look this up please?

    I do not want my account to be cancelled, nor have my credit card hit with a renewal charge.

    I’m not very happy that this has happened and would like to see a quick resolution.

    Please do not make what has been a great experience turn sour.

            Don´t worry, Cary.

            Our Team has been working on this and assured me no charges will be applied. It was just a mistake from the mailing page we use.
            So sorry for the inconvenience.
