    Hi

In the manual, “20g Espresso “. You may think that means liquid.

In the video, the chef says “Espresso ground coffee”.

What does that mean? Espresso is the drink.

Do we simply grind fresh coffee beans?

Or did she mean to use the moist ground coffee beans that are left after an Espresso was made?

    Thanks

It’s not liquid. But that wasn’t the question.

    Hi, @yairybzgmail-com

The coffee that the chef uses is ground coffee to prepare espresso, one of the brands that sells it is illy.
But you can use any brand of ground coffee to make the ganache.
