Hi Dorothy
Welcome to the Scoolinary community, and thank you for your question.
If you are preparing the donut recipe from Chef Richard Bies’ course, you can divide the recipe into 6 portions. This will give you enough for approximately 5 people, as the full recipe serves about 35 people.
The approximate quantities would be as follows:
White Donut Dough:
– 316 grams of flour
– 27.5 grams of butter
– 36.5 grams of sugar
– 4 grams of salt
– 10 grams of instant yeast
– 15 grams of egg yolk
– 25 grams of whole egg
– 125 milliliters of water
Greetings.
