Immersion blender
Posted by Jihane Assaf on May 11, 2024 at 10:14Hello! This isn’t about a recipe 😊
Im taking Bachour s classes and my glazes have bubbles im sure caused by the hand blender! Can I know what brand options are most suitable for glazes if that’s possible?
sorry for an unusual question! And thank you

Thank you for your question, it is not the model of immersion blender that we use, it is the position in which we use it. Standing the immersion blender upright will create more bubbles, but turning it on its side or tilting it slightly creating a swirl will help remove the bubbles. The bubbles disappear when you are mixing.
You can watch how the chef does it in the video and also try not to use the maximum speed to avoid generating so many bubbles.
Greetings.
