How do you make the violet infusion from the Donut course?
The Recipe calls for 35 g Violet Infusion, which he explains in the video, but there is nowhere to find how he makes the violet infusion. Any idea how he makes it?

What is used in the donut recipe is a violet infusion made with crystallized violets.
There is no recipe for crystallized violets, as they are already sold ready-made and are typical of Spain. You can replace them with another sugared flower or with azuleta powder.
