      Why did my account renew?????? I asked to cancel it 21 days ago!!!!!! Please process a refund. Otherwise I’ll challenge the charge with my credit card company?

        Could you please confirm if you contacted our Support Team to request the cancellation of your subscription? If so, they should have provided you with instructions on how to cancel it yourself, as users are required to complete this process on their own.

        About a month ago, you inquired through this channel about the cancellation procedure, and Sussan advised you to reach out to soporte@scoolinary.com. Did you follow up with them?
