    You certainly can.

    From memory, Antonio recommends up to a month.

    I may be corrected on this.

    Make sure you cover them really well. Place into an air tight container as well. 😁

    Hi Kate

    You can freeze the dough as our colleague tells you.

    And it can last between 1 to 2 months, make sure to wrap it in film and store it in a container with an airtight lid so that the cold of the freezer does not dry out the dough.
