    Hi Saumya.

Yes, you can make brown butter cookie dough, roll it out, cut it, and freeze it, then bake it the same day.

Here are some steps to do it:

Once the dough is ready, roll it out and cut the cookies into the desired shapes. Then place the cut cookies on a baking sheet in a single layer and freeze them for about 1-2 hours until firm. After that, you can transfer them to a freezer bag or an airtight container and label them with the date.

When you’re ready to bake, preheat the oven and place the frozen cookies on the baking sheet. There’s no need to thaw them; just add a couple of minutes to the baking time.

This will allow you to enjoy fresh cookies on the same day you decide to bake them.

I hope this information is helpful.

    Best regards.

Thank you so much! One more question, can I bake these in advance and freeze them? Take them out of the day of? If so, how can I warm them?

        Hi Saumya.

Yes, you can bake the butter cookies in advance and freeze them. Make sure they cool completely before freezing. Place them in an airtight container or sealed bags to prevent them from absorbing any freezer odors.

When you need them, you can take them out of the freezer on the same day. To warm them up, let them thaw at room temperature or put them in the oven at a low temperature (about 150°C) for 5-10 minutes, until they’re slightly warm and crisp again. This will help them regain their freshness.

        Greetings.
