    Hi Umama Nasir

    Yes, you can halve the recipe to make the dough rectangle and butter block for laminating.

    If you make half the recipe, you’ll need a rectangle measuring 35.5×21 cm (using 675 grams of croissant dough) and a butter block weighing 250 grams with dimensions of 21×21 cm.
