Course: Focaccia. The question in the first quiz regarding how to calculate the amount of dough to fill a circular tray is wrong. The correct answer should be Diameter x 3.14 x 0.6, or 2 x Rad x 3.14 x 0.6

Hi Chef
The Content Team tells me the following: ‘The answer to the test is correct. To calculate the area of a circle we use the formula “Radius x radius x 3.14 ‘, to which we add the factor ’0.6” for the height. Chef Luigi mentions in lesson 10, minute 1:08. “2 x radius x 3.14” is the formula for the perimeter, which in this case is not useful to us.hello what a nice day.
