Posted by Selenge Batsaikhan on January 15, 2024 at 08:14How about doing liquid preparation? By ourself. We don’t sell Ken liquid preparation base. How much amount putting cheese, eggs, milk, sugar?

It is an extra/bonus recipe where the Ken preparation is used, which is made from fresh cheese, eggs, milk and sugar. Being a premix, it cannot be replaced.
And the proportions are directly made from the factory.
But you have the course by chef Josep Armenteros.
In chapter 3 you have a very good cheesecake recipe that you can prepare.
